The Danish Biodiversity Council is an independent expert body with the main task of providing knowledge and policy suggestions for the conservation and restoration of biodiversity in Denmark. The Council focuses on the relationship between biodiversity and society and provides advice to the government and the parliament.

<p>The Danish Biodiversity Council is the data controller of the information you provide us, when visiting our website and/or contacting us by email. The Danish Biodiversity Council processes your personal data in accordance to the current legislations and regulations.</p>

<p>This Danish Biodiversity Counsil do not use cookies on the website.</p>

<p>Exceptions exist as the Danish Biodiversity Counsil is a public institution. Under certain circumstances, processing of personal information can be part of exercising public authority.</p>

Privacy and Cookie Notice

<p>The council consists of a chairperson and eight council members that represents biodiversity on land, in fresh water and the sea. Furthermore, the council members expertise covers legal, socio-economic and behavioral aspects that are important for the conservation of biodiversity.</p>
